Chapter 10: Reports
System Reports
Your CloseBy Network provides the option to send activity reports from your CloseBy Network. You can select from a list of the following standard reports:
- Nightly (9 p.m. – 6 a.m.)
- Daily (6 a.m. – 9 p.m.)
- 24 hour (6 a.m. 6 a.m.)
- Weekly (Mon, 6 a.m. – Mon 6 a.m.)
Creating a CloseBy Network Report
You can select from a list of standard reports or you can customize the report by:
- Enabling or disabling the report
- Selecting when the report is sent
- Choosing the email report recipient
- Choosing the email subject
To access Reports, select My Settings>Reports. You can create a new report by completing the following steps:
- Click Add.
- On the right side of the screen, you can customize your report under Report Details.
- Once you’ve finalized your report, click Save at the bottom of the page.
Note: You can reset report details by clicking the Reset button.
Removing a Report
To access Reports, select My Settings>Reports. Click on the report that you want to delete, and click the Remove button. You will be asked to confirm your choice to remove the report.
Test Before Sending Report
To access Reports, select My Settings> Reports. Click on the report that you want to test, and click the Test button. The system will generate a test e-mail and send it the specified e-mail address.
Sending a Report
To access Reports, select My Settings> Reports. Click on the report that you want to send, and click the Send Report Now button. The system will generate a report and send it to the specified e-mail address.
